Holy Week Schedule of Devotions

Posted on March 17, 2023March 18, 2023 by Bryan Boyle

St. Anne Shrine is announcing its schedule of devotions for Holy Week (April 2-9, 2023). All of these will take place in the lower shrine at the times indicated. All are invited to attend and participate in these devotions as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Our Lord during these most solemn days of the Church’s liturgical year.

Palm Sunday (April 2): Evening Prayer at 4:00PM with the Blessing and Distribution of Palms.

Tuesday of Holy Week (April 4): Confession at 6:00PM. Office of Tenebrae at 7:30PM.

Holy Thursday (April 6): Adoration until 10:30PM ending with Prayer During the Night Watch.

Good Friday (April 7): Good Friday Prayer Service at 3:00PM. Divine Mercy Novena at 6:30 PM. Stations of the Cross at 7:00PM.

Holy Saturday (April 8): Divine Mercy Novena at 3:00PM. Novena will continue daily at 6:30PM until Easter Saturday (April 15).

Divine Mercy Sunday (April 16): Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Pinto Paul at 2:00PM followed by Divine Mercy Devotion at 3:00PM.

Please make a note of these dates and times, and we look forward to seeing you at St. Anne Shrine.
