Most Holy St. Anne, Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Grandmother of the Lord God Almighty, The honest, the penitent, and the sinner consider you as their powerful advocate before your Divine grandson. By your maternal intercession, the honest hope for an increase of grace, the penitent for their justification, the sinner for the remission of their sins, be kind and generous to me, Good St. Anne and pray for me in Heaven. Use in my favor the great influence you have before your grandson, particularly for (state your intention). O Good St. Anne, pray for me. AMEN
